Bonhoeffer’s book is a slim, wonderful, challenging book about the importance of living together in community with others.  Bonhoeffer, a German Theologian, was martyred for his faith in Nazi Germany. Before his arrest he created a seminary for training pastors illegally, in opposition to the policies of the Thrid Reich.  This book grows out of his experience living together with his students.  a must read on the reason for living in community with others
